Chi sao (sticking hands ) is an unique exercise that only Wing Chun has other martial arts don't have. Chi sao is the heart of Wing Chun. It prepares the students for fighting by developing and increasing their skills of covering, contact feeling, reaction, distance, strategy and other more. That is why to be an instructor on learning "how to teach" Chi sao and "Lead Chi sao" are very important in the entire Wing Chun training process. Knowing the efficient way of teaching can reduce a lot of students' learning times and provide better quality of training; also, will be easier to let students understand the ideas behind the movements.
